Dj Freespirit aka Sotiris Felonis, is a DJ and producer, based in Greece, that has been in the electronic dance scene for more than 10 years. He is the resident in the most famous open air club in Europe, Cavo Paradiso Mykonos for the last .... years.
Freespirit has shared the booth with some of the best djs of the world such as: Richie Hatwin, Steve Lawler, Sharam, Mark Knight, Marcus Schulz, Dirty South, Chuckie, Dubfire, Sasha, Pete Tong, Sander Van Doorn ,James Zabbiela, Nick Warren, Hot Since 82, Cedric Gervais, Satoshi Tommie, Kolombo, Dennis Ferrer, Betoko, Finnebassen
just to name a few.
He has performed in many Clubs worldwide such as: Cocoon Frankfurt, Supper club London, Coogee Bay Sydney, Prince Melbourne, Maxxim Berlin La Boom Istanbul, Central New York, New Basement Wiesbaden, La Rocca Zurich, Zoo Nicosia, Sesto Senso Limassol.
Freespirit also organizes and promotes some of the most successful events in his home town Patra for the past 10 years with guest djs such us: Sharam, Nick Warren, Mark Knight, Hot Since 82,Betoko,Kolombo,Finnebas
However, his love for music and his constant need for development has led him to start focusing on production. In 2009, he made his first steps in music production collaborating with other producers and has released his tracks in well-known labels such as Aquasound, Baroque, VIM, Limeroads ,BCSA and Deep. After many hours in the studio, he has managed to create exquisite sound blending hypnotic melodies with deep soulful basslines. Later on 2012 he teamed up with Thodoris Triantafillou & JMP and the result was releases and remixes for Rhythmetic, Mangali and Minimal Force records and his first vinyl release for UK ‘s label Inside Out.
With scheduled dates around the world, his Cavo Paradiso residency and new upcoming releases, his impressive work speaks for himself for nothing less than a promising future...
