Μαζί τους και οι Resident Djs του PIXI, Gus&Bonso (Rhythmetic Records,Quantized Music).
O κορυφαίος dj και παραγωγός της House σκηνής Jamie Jones που συμμετέχει στα μεγαλύτερα festival παγκοσμίως (Burning Man, BPM, TomorrowLand, Ultra, Glastonbury, Timewarp, Kazantip) και resident του DC 10 club της Ibiza με το εβδομαδιαίο label party της Hot Creations ‘Paradise’ , έρχεται με το label του στην Αθήνα για να ξεσηκώσει το Ελληνικό κοινό σε ένα μονάδικο οπτικοακουστικό show.
On Friday 7 November, PIXI Presents for the first time in Athens, the founder of “Hot Creations” Jamie Jones along with the 2 members of the label Richy Ahmed and Russ Yallop. The event will take place at Gazi Music Hall with a capacity of 4.000 people. Additionally, the well-known PIXI resident djs Gus&Bonso (Rhythmetic Records,Quantized Music) will open the event.
Widely regarded as the leader of the new sounds of house & minimal techno, Jamie Jones has performed in the bigger music festivals worldwide (Burning Man, BPM, TomorrowLand, Ultra, Glastonbury, Timewarp, Kazantip). His weekly Ibiza party, Paradise, at DC-10 has completed three huge seasons. Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed and Russ Yallop, the three members of “Hot Creations” are going to perform in front of the Greek crowd in a unique audio visual show.

JAMIE JONES
Widely regarded as the leader of the new sound of house, Jamie Jones is renowned for his pioneering music; his cross genre band, Hot Natured; his ground-breaking label, Hot Creations; and his world- renowned event series, Paradise. In less than a decade, he has catapulted himself to stardom by shattering genres and breaking out of the confines of minimal techno.
Jamie's revolutionary sound is an instrumental part of his success, being both artistically innovative and yet easily accessible. He and his label, Hot Creations, have been credited with creating an iconic sound that has paved the way for a warmer, more melodic, deeper side of techno to emerge. 2011 was the year that Jamie and Hot Creations took over. Continuing to power out hits, they released Hot Natured’s “Forward Motion,” featuring vocalist Ali Love. But it was Jamie’s remix of Azari & III’s “Hungry for the Power” that was the quintessential song of the year; heard everywhere in Ibiza and beyond.
In 2012, Jamie and Lee Foss evolved their project, Hot Natured, into a full band; adding Ali Love and Luca C as members. Taking elements of the grooves Jamie has long championed and forging them with song- based vocals and smooth synth melodies into a live act, Jamie looked to challenge conventions with this new direction. The first Hot Natured single, “Benediction,” reached the top 40 in the UK in 2013 and the debut album "Different Sides Of The Sun" continues to sell strongly six months after its release. In 2014, Hot Natured is viewed as one of the most in-demand electronic live acts globally.
Jamie’s constant touring schedule takes in every major city and festival around the world; including such spectacles as Glastonbury, Timewarp, and Burning Man, as well as highly esteemed clubs like Warung, Fabric, and Womb. His weekly Ibiza party, Paradise, has completed two huge seasons at DC-10 and goes into its third year as the fastest growing night on the island. This success has meant that Paradise has been offered stages at some of the world's biggest electronic music festivals, such as Tomorrowland, Global Gathering, Kazantip and BPM and the brand will continue to grow world-wide through 2014.
In early 2012, Jamie was voted the number one DJ in the world by Resident Advisor. He continues to be seen as a leader in his field and an innovator who will dictate the direction of a booming industry.
RICHY AHMED
Richy Ahmed is at the forefront of a new wave of British DJs, who are re-defining house music taking cues from disco, techno, funk and hip-hop.
The last two years has seen the rise and rise of British house music thanks to a whole new generation of DJs and producers like Maya Jane Coles, Julio Bashmore, Eats Everything and Russ Yallop. In the midst of this explosion of homegrown talent and new musical innovation is Richy Ahmed, Paradise at DC10 and Hot Natured resident and partner in the genre-defining Hot Creations label. Richy has spent the last three summers cutting his teeth at some world’s best parties including, Circo Loco in Ibiza, Detroit’s Electronic Music Festival, Watergate in Berlin, Burning Man in the middle of the Nevada desert, Verboten in NYC, Glastonbury Festival's 40th Anniversary, Hideout Festival in Croatia and countless Get Lost and Hot Natured parties all over the world. Playing alongside some of house music’s biggest stars, Richy is the go-to sparring partner with the likes of Jamie Jones, Damian Lazarus, Clive Henry and Seth Troxler. Hailing from Newcastle in the north of the UK, he still makes regular appearances at events across the UK such as fabric in London, Below in Birmingham, Sankeys in Manchester, Basics in Leeds, Just Jack in Bristol and London's notorious Sunday afterhours institution Kubicle.
The launch of Jamie Jones, Lee Foss and Richy's Hot Creations label in 2010 turned underground house music on its head, rapidly becoming one of the most popular new labels in dance music. As resident at their hugely successful Hot Natured parties held in London, Detroit, Barcelona, New York, LA and Miami, Richy has been at the centre of this nu-school house explosion and started releasing music last spring with the much-vaunted ‘Suck It’, released as part of the Hot Waves project. Since then he hasn’t looked back. A string of hits on labels like No 19, Get Physical, Mexa and Lower East have found their way into the hearts of clubbers and onto the decks of DJs the world over. Recent remixes of Blackstrobe’s ‘Italian Fireflies’ and Mathias Kaden’s ‘Jackathon’ have helped define a uniquely individual sound that fuses the energy of house and disco with infectious funk-inspired grooves and a touch of sullen mystery, his style has a distinct edge that’s impossible to pinpoint.
With summer 2012 now on upon us, Richy’s latest claim to fame is being installed as main resident, alongside label partner Jamie Jones, at Hot Creations brand new ‘Paradise’ night on Thursdays at DC10. This is without doubt THE hottest new club night on Ibiza this summer that will see the Hot Creations crew stick true to their roots at DC10, while giving them a platform to showcase many of the wide range of DJing talent that has helped to shape, inspire and influence their ground breaking sound.
RUSS YALLOP
Few producers of recent years have exploded onto the underground house scene like Crosstown Rebels’ latest signing Russ Yallop. While some producers spend years finding their feet, Russ made a clear statement of intent with ‘I Can’t Wait’ his debut release on Crosstown Rebels, a solid cut of nu-school house that was charted across the board by everyone from Jamie Jones to MANDY and was featured by Heidi on her ‘In New Music We Trust’ show on BBC Radio One. Meanwhile, ‘Rock Me’ on the B-side was picked up by DJ Mag and featured on their ‘Best of British’ covermount compilation at the start of this year. Named as ‘One To Watch’ in Electronic Beats magazine and with future releases on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss’ Hot Creations and Crosstown’s new ‘Rebellion’ label offshoot, it should come as little surprise that Russ got snapped up by ‘Ibiza Voice’ to mix a recent installment of their hugely popular podcast series despite being relatively new to the scene.Long-time friend and now a fully-fledged member of Crosstown Rebels, Russ Yallop has been biding his time, honing his production skills for the last few years. Part of a new breed of DJs, with studio skills to match, which includes his close friends Lee Foss, Richy Ahmed and Robert James, Russ Yallop’s sound is infected with warm charm and boundless energy. Fusing fun into dance music again, Russ and his UK-based peers are creating a new strain of house music that is currently taking the worldwide underground by storm, promising bright things for the future.

The Athens-based dj duo Gus & Bonso was formed in early 2007. Their experiences in electronic dance scene and a music style that leads in an accurate and modern track selection is what they aim to keep up in the greek dj circuit. During their partnership,they can look back on the biggest clubs all over Greece. To name a few: Animal club (Athens), PIXI (Athens), Six D.o.g.s.
