The label was formed late in 1993 by Avi Nissim, Lior Perlmutter, Yaniv Haviv and Guy Sebbag. Their common denominator was their love for electronic music. They are
considered the pioneers of the Israeli Psychedelic Techno Trance scene.
The first release of the label was the compilation album Trust In Trance, which was released in February 1994 under Outmosphere Records. After the great success of this album, they decided to change the label's name to Trust In Trance. Later that year, Guy Sebbag left the label, which left Avi, Lior and Yaniv to create the album Trust In Trance 2. This album brought the name of Astral Projection to the world with 3 super hits: Mahadeva, Power Gen & Innovation, which created huge interest from leading international DJ's and many labels around the globe.
Avi, Lior and Yaniv started to work together as Astral Projection (Yaniv later left the music scene), and together with Phonokol Records began the development of compilation albums containing the best international trance acts (Goa Vibes, Psychedelic Vibes). Following came compilations of top Israeli trance acts (Israel's Psychedelic Trance, Trust In Trance) to develop the local trance scene. These compilations opened doors to acts that later became globally popular and famous and who have released many hits and some even very important albums, such as: MFG, Power Source, Mystica, Xerox, Shidapu, Nada, Domestic, The Passenger, Children of the Doc.
The label Trust In Trance is a highly acclaimed label and one of the most important labels in global Psychedelic Trance.
The last CD by this label was Psychedelic Vibes 7 in 2000. The compilation Back To Galaxy released in 2005 has the label's name written on it but no catalog anywhere.
